Capsule Events Ltd, referred to as the Event Organiser, and are the Producers of Black Sabbath 50 Years: A Major Exhibition

  • We only provide eTickets for our events.
  • Ticket purchases are not refundable under any circumstances other than cancellation of the event. In this instance Ticket holders will be informed and the full value of the ticket (less any booking fees, transaction fees, credit card charges and insurance) will be refunded.
  • You are advised to arrive at Box Office: Gas Hall Reception Desk – via Edmund Street, 10 minutes ahead of the allocated entry time you have purchased. More in-depth information regarding venue access is available here.
  • All customers on one order should arrive together. If purchasing for a group, who may arrive at different times, we advise your make separate purchases.
  • The Rules and Regulations of the venue Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, for which Tickets were purchased, must be adhered to during your visit.
  • We are anticipating the exhibition will be extremely popular, therefore allocated Ticket times are non-transferrable.
  • Guidance on the use of personal photographic and recording equipment will be available at the venue.
  • Whilst you are in the exhibition use of mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and the consumption of food and drink is prohibited.
  • The Event Organiser and venue accept no responsibility for any personal property.
  • By purchasing Tickets, you are consenting to the filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
  • Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person and as Event Organiser we reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number.
  • The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets we believe to have been purchased fraudulently.
  • We use Universe to collect and process all online transactions. Card details are entered on to a secure page. No personal details will be passed on to third parties.
  • The Event Organiser does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the website, any interruption or any failure to complete a transaction.
  • The customer accepts full responsibility for all contact information on their customer account and must ensure it is updated when necessary – Capsule Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for information not received by the customer due to out of date contact information.
