In the 90's and specifically in 1993 , Tony Iommi received his first custom guitar built by the famous guitar luthier Patrick Eggle , Iommi used Patrick's guitar extensively in the 1990's and the one shown in the picture is one those guitars that have been played on both stage and at the studio during that time. The guitar is currently showing at Hard Rock cafe Warsaw.
