Our Home of Metal volunteers were on hand at every one of Black Sabbath‘s final UK dates, to document the fans who made each one of these gigs such a special occasion. These photos will be made part of our touring exhibition next year, and then come to Birmingham for a large-scale exhibition in 2019.
We’ve been uploading our fan portraits (all courtesy of the very talented Katja Ogrin) from the band’s final Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, London dates as well as the first and second of their Birmingham shows over the past fortnight. Our volunteers also took some shots at Birmingham’s New Street Station, to document the people making the pilgrimage to the Home of Metal itself to catch Black Sabbath for the final time – check out the shots below…
