Home of Metal Black Country Weekender kicks off today!

Start the celebrations by visiting some of the Really Heavy Family Activities at The Public in West Brom today from 11am. The Home of Metal Roadshow will begin its tour in Wolverhampton today from 3pm, where you can catch the Vintage Mobile Cinema in all its glory.

Tonight we’ll be launching the weekender with an event at Wolverhampton Art Gallery, where you can catch the You Should Be Living and Chris Coekin exhibitions. The gallery will be open til 8pm, after which you can saunter down to Walkabout, Wolverhampton for Heavy Heads,  a night of short films, Heavy Metal music quiz and metal clubnnight.
